Is this a simple frame through which people can see all the chaos of the world? Or is it a great plonk of rusty steel? Maybe both. It’s a sculpture called Work No. 700 by Martin Creed. He’s the guy who won the Turner Prize for his installation of a light flicking on and off in an empty room. Whatever else, you’ve got to admire his audacity. I know I do.
